Ms. Seifert’s career has included experience in the financial, recruitment, and healthcare industries. Ms. Seifert is a former Senior Director of St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, an 812-bed suburban community hospital. In this role, Ms. Seifert was responsible for the Medical Center’s customer service initiative, corporate mission, charitable foundation and fundraising, community outreach, volunteers, pastoral care, and its HomeCare and Hospice divisions. Under Ms. Seifert’s leadership, corporate customer service scores and performance improvement ratings in her areas of responsibility were significantly improved, earning St. Anthony’s recognition as a Solucient Top 100 Performance Improvement Leader.
Ms. Seifert also has experience in the banking industry and healthcare finance. Ms. Seifert served on St. Anthony’s acquisition, divestiture and capital financing team and earned special recognition from its Board of Directors for her role in the sale of its 200-bed subsidiary hospital and for her land acquisition program.
Through Ms. Seifert’s work in the customer service arena, she became acutely aware of the increasing importance of developing a corporate culture that is patient-centered and systems-based. Ms. Seifert is an advocate for transparency, disclosure and apology, with a special interest in advocating on behalf of the patient and their families.
She attended Southeast Missouri State University and has a degree in Business Administration.
